All pieces come insured and shipped flat in protective boxes. Cost
is based on one piece, but you
can also add prints and/or original
art with your commission and pay no extra shipping

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay entire amount in advance or use our payment
plan. We accept Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal.
To order or to simply ask a question, email
us and we will get back to you, usually within 3 business
days.
Due to the nature of commission work, we don't offer refunds on any payments
involved with the commission process. We will make every effort to come
to some sort compromise, but returning the money is not possible. By
ordering a commission and placing a deposit, it is understood that you
have agreed to these terms.

DELIVERY
- Please allow *at least* 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. As demand increases
so does the estimated wait time. To ensure your piece can be illustrated
as soon as possible we will need a deposit or full payment. Commissions
are illustrated first come first serve.
- Kevin is very busy in the comic industry and commercial field and typically
works on his commissions in his 'free' time. The 6 - 8 week delivery time
is just an estimate, but they typically can take twice that time to complete.
Kevin will make every effort to keep the delivery of your order below 8
weeks, but he can't guarantee the delivery time |

LIKENESS
REQUIREMENTS
· Good quality, clear,
close up color photos of loved one's face a must. Different views
of the face required. Delivered in high res jpeg form, or if
you must, by snail mail.
· Age and height required if
a child, helpful also for adults.
· Any new character design must
include a sketch (No matter how bad you may think your drawing
is, it's for your own protection!) and a finite description
of the 'costume'.
· No caricatures, go to Disney
Land if you looking for this!
· Finally, these commissions
are to be rated PG-13 at best. Absolutely no nudity or sick
and twisted requests will be entertained!
· Regardless of size, each likeness
will add an additional $50 to the standard commission rate.
· Kevin Conrad reserves the right to reject any request the he feels
he can't adequately portray in comic book form.
